Payment Policy

In case of a deposit arrangement, 30% will be paid upon your booking confirmation. The remaining balance will be paid cash on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Low – Mid Season: April (excluding easter period) – May – June – September – October

Booking modifications or cancellation will be allowed 7 days prior to arrival.

In case of any cancellation after this period there will be a two-nights charge. 

In case of a no-show the total cost of the reservation will be charged.

Bank deposit remittance cost: +4€ standard cost
Paypal payment cost: +3,85% of the total amount

High Season: July – August

Booking modifications or cancellation without charges will be allowed 21 days prior to arrival.
In case of any cancellation after this period there will be a two-nights charge. 
In case of a no-show the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
